Independence
Mars Commons is independently operated and is not endorsed by X, xAI, SpaceX, Vercel or Cloudflare.
The product name is Mars Commons. Do not treat X, xAI, Grok, SpaceX or similar brands as part of the product name.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mars Commons. You must comply with applicable laws and respect third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
Your artwork
You retain ownership of artwork you submit. By publishing, you grant Mars Commons a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, transmit and publicly display your submissions only as needed to operate, secure, demonstrate and promote Mars Commons.
You must own or have permission to publish the material you submit. You are responsible for your submissions and conduct.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited material may be hidden or removed. Accounts or creation access may be restricted for abuse, safety risk or legal compliance.
No economy or prizes
Mars Commons has no real-money economy, prizes, gambling mechanics or transferable virtual assets. Any in-world signals or art are creative expression within a shared fiction, not property with cash value.
Service changes and availability
The service may change, disconnect, experience errors or lose content. There is no permanent storage, uptime or availability guarantee. Content and service availability are not promised forever.
